An observation sample (16) in a sample liquid (15) is held, for example, by being adsorbed onto the back surface of a first X-ray transmission film (14a). In a mirror body, an X-ray emission film (13) and X-ray transmission films (14a, 14b) are curved so as to protrude outward by a pressure difference, but an X-ray transmission film (14c) is curved so as to protrude to the X-ray transmission film (14a) side by the expansion of gas in a second hollow portion (11b). Owing to these curves, the space between the centers of the first and second X-ray transmission films (14a, 14b) is wider than the space between the ends thereof, while the X-ray optical path length in a main visual field region in X-ray microscopic observation becomes longer between the X-ray transmission films (14b, 14c) but is almost unchanged between the X-ray transmission films (14a, 14c). Accordingly, even if the X-ray emission film and the X-ray transmission films are curved in the mirror body, the X-ray optical path length becomes longer in the second hollow portion (11b)(gas portion) in which X-rays are not absorbed, and thus the absorption of X-rays by the sample liquid (15) is suppressed. |
