Provided is a technology that, at the time of a reservation, with a plurality of charging facilities as candidates for the facility to actually use, enables a more flexible reservation, by means of coordination with other users, further increases the likelihood of being able to secure an actually usable charging facility and, by automatically performing such coordination, increases business opportunities resulting from providing a service. A reservation management device that manages reservations for the user of a facility is characterized by being provided with: a reservation reception unit that receives a reservation request for the use of a predetermined time slot of a facility group including one or more facilities; a reservation finalizing unit that finalizes a reservation for one facility among the facility group included in the reservation request and results in a reservation that is not affected by fluctuations resulting from other reservations; and a facility guide information output unit that outputs information that serves as a guide to the facility relating to the reservation finalized by the reservation finalizing unit.
