METHOD, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING ENB MALFUNCTIONS

A method, device, and system for detecting eNB malfunctions, and for solving the low accuracy problem in the prior art in detecting whether an eNB is experiencing a malfunction. In the present method, a UE in a first cell covered by a first eNB collects measurement data regarding a second eNB. The collected measurement data is reported to the first eNB, and then reported by the first eNB to an eNB malfunction detection device. The eNB malfunction detection device detects whether the second eNB is experiencing a malfunction according to the measurement data. In the embodiments of the present invention, the UE in the first cell covered by the first eNB collects the measurement data regarding the second eNB, and the measurement data is reported by the first eNB to the eNB malfunction detection device. Hence, even if the second eNB cannot collect the measurement data to be reported, or cannot report the collected measurement data to the eNB malfunction detection device, the eNB malfunction detection device can still accurately detect whether the second eNB is experiencing a malfunction.
