The module (10) has an electronics unit (22) arranged in a retainer tub (20), and partially surrounded with a casting material within the tub. A flotation prevention unit e.g. retaining pin (30), strain relief unit (40) and projection-like nose, prevents flotation of the electronics unit within the tub when introducing the casting material. The pin is arranged in an outer-side cavity (21) of the tub such that a press connection is produced between the pin and the electronics unit. A closure element (41) has a latch unit (43) co-acting with a counter-locking unit (25) in a closing position.
