<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-shielding gel-like composition capable of applying resin particles having ultraviolet-shielding function not only to water-in-oil type (W/O type) and oil-in-water type (O/W type) cosmetics but also to water-based cosmetics, and stabilizing the quality over a long period, and to provide a method for producing the same, and a cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: This ultraviolet-shielding gel-like composition contains a 0.01-5 mass% polyacrylic acid polymer, 30-80 mass% water, a 0.1-5 mass% emulsion type silicone, 1-50 mass% ultraviolet-shielding agent-containing resin particles, and 1-40 mass% alcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
