PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device capable of increasing the clearness level of a sound source to be accentuated without lowering the volume of another sound source since a conventional mixing device adjusts a sound source to be accentuated by lowering the volume of a specific sound source, etc., thereby to give unnaturalness in listening.

SOLUTION: A mixing device 10 includes: time frequency conversion parts 11a, 11b for converting input signals into frequency area signals and generating signal data on a time frequency plane; a signal processing part 15 for mixing input signals on the time frequency plane; and a frequency time conversion part 25 for outputting an output signal after performing conversion into a time area signal. At least one of the input signals is set as a priority signal to be put ahead of the other input signal in order to increase a clearness level. Priority calculation to be performed by the signal processing part 15 includes calculation for operating the amplitude and/or phase of a priority signal and/or non-priority signal.
