摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the metallic molding that needs the accuracy in the nano level like the optical component etc., wherein the accuracy worsens because the variation is caused in the releasing agent film thickness in such a method as to improve the shape like in the past or to apply by spraying the releasing agent, and in addition there are inconveniences such as adhesion of the releasing agent to the molding mold, however the molding that does not use the releasing agent has not been put into a practical use. <P>SOLUTION: In the mold, the fluorocarbon system chemical diffusion film of water and oil repellency which is uniform in the film thickness by nano level and the surface energy is controlled is formed to the mold surface as the release film. As a result, even if having a super-minute shape of the nanometer level, the molding has superior flowability and entering properties, and can perform the molding of high accuracy.
