The invention relates to a centrifugal pendulum (2) and to a clutch disc (1) having the latter, with a pendulum flange (20) which is rotatable about an axis of rotation (4) and has a plurality of pendulum masses (21) which are distributed over the circumference and are accommodated pivotably on the pendulum flange (20). In order at least to reduce a production of noise as a consequence of mass moments of inertia caused by the centrifugal pendulum (2), the pendulum flange (20) is accommodated rotatably on a component (14) rotating about the axis of rotation, and a slip clutch (19) is actively arranged between the pendulum flange (20) and the component (14).
