<p>The method involves detecting environment of vehicle (1) and determining a terrain profile (G) based on detected ambient data. The possible trajectory (T) of vehicle in ahead terrain profile and roll angle of vehicle on the trajectory can be predicted. The image sequence of interior of vehicle is graphically displayed by display unit (4). A simulated running of symbolically illustrated vehicle is output based on image sequence. A side slope of symbolically illustrated vehicle is varied in response to the predicted roll angle for various positions of vehicle on trajectory.</p>
