<p>A projection device and to a method for operating the device. The projection device includes a projector, a projection surface, and a data processing system, wherein information about the image on the projection surface is transferred to the data processing system and wherein the data processing system controls the projector. The projection surface is designed as a planar optical waveguide, in which photoluminescent particles are integrated and on which a plurality of photoelectric sensors are attached, which are able to couple light out of the waveguide mode and to thereby generate an electrical signal, the strength of which depends on the intensity of the light coupled out at the photodetector.</p> |
