PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an antibacterial agent using silver and a compound is provided to ensure antibacterial, deodorizing, and disinfecting functions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an antibacterial agent using silver and a compound comprises: a step of melting 250g of silver and adding nitric acid to prepare a silver solution; a step of quantitating nitric acid(about 40%) and dissolving 100ml of hydrochloric acid and 50g of stannous chloride to synthesize a silver solution; a step of synthesizing the silver solution with a solution containing 100g of zinc oxide which is dissolved in 400 ml of caustic soda solution(pH 13) and evaporating moisture to prepare powder; a step of synthesizing 250g of the powder and 50g of sodium bromide and diluting in 1,000 ml of ethanol; a step of precipitating for 24 hours and filtering nanoparticle antibacterial agent; and a step of diluting the antibacterial agent in an oil phase or an aqueous phase. |
