An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent static electricity by using a conductive black matrix, forming lower substrate conductive pads, electrically connecting the lower substrate conductive pads with the black matrix through silver dots, and grounding the conductive pad to an external device. An image display part is defined in first and second substrates. A seal pattern is formed at an outer edge of the image display part, and bonds the first and second substrates. A conductive pad(150) is formed outside a seal pattern of the first substrate. A conductive black matrix(121) is formed on the second substrate. A silver dot(160) electrically connects the conductive pad with the conductive black matrix. A liquid crystal layer is formed between the first and second substrates. |
