PURPOSE: A power buoy for continuously generating wave energy is provided to increase the efficiency of extracting energy because a chamber generates resonance if the proper period of the chamber accords with the proper period of wave. CONSTITUTION: A power buoy for continuously generating wave energy comprises a chamber(110), a coil(120), a magnet(130), a support member(140), and a weight member(150). The chamber floats on the sea, moves up and down by wave and comprises a secluded space inside. The coil is installed inside the chamber. The magnet generates induced electromotive force by moving back and forth in the coil. The support member is extended from the magnet, and fixes the magnet. The weight member is extended from the magnet to the ocean floor, and controls the weight of the chamber. The proper period of the wave accords with the proper period of the chamber. |
