PURPOSE: An automated external defibrillator(AED) management system is provided to manage an AED by using the AED, an AED storing box, and a central server, thereby readying the AED for use in anytime. CONSTITUTION: An AED storing box(200) includes an AED holder. The AED storing box stores an AED(100). The AED holder checks abnormality of a driving unit in the AED. The AED holder checks the battery of the AED. A central server(300) receives the check results of the driving unit in the AED and the battery from the AED storing box. A manager terminal(400) manages the state of the AED corresponding to the check results.
