<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a lighting device are provided to prevent paste from flowing by defining a paste coating region on the bottom of a lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A body(110) includes a cavity(115). At least one light emitting device(120) is arranged on the body. A first electrode(131) and a second electrode(132) are arranged in the body and are electrically connected to the light emitting device. The second electrode includes an adhesion groove(133) to coat adhesive paste(125). A plurality of protrusions(135) are formed on the bottom of the adhesion groove.
