PURPOSE: A skin massage apparatus is provided to be used for the entire human body, to increase efficiency of muscle relaxation and to effectively promote health by relieving pain. CONSTITUTION: A skin massage apparatus includes a body(1) having a space unit having an opened one end; a laser emission unit(3) emitting lower power human body-profitable laser light to the opened end unit controlled by a PCB control circuit(2) receiving power and formed in the space unit of the body; and an eccentric wheel(5) transferring vibration energy to the body by vibrating receiving power applied and formed in the upper part of the body.
