A planned cultivation supporting apparatus, a planned cultivation supporting method, and a computer program all enabling quick selection of a farm producer capable of cultivating or being cultivating crops the cultivation of which is to be consigned in consideration of various cultivation standards and enabling efficient support of planned cultivation of the crops. The planned cultivation supporting apparatus includes a cultivation standard information database where cultivation standard information representing basic cultivation standards which are minimum required basic ones required to cultivate crops and individual cultivation standards stricter than the basic cultivation standards is recorded, a farm producer information database where farm producer information relating to farm producers capable of cultivating the crops is recorded, a cultivation instruction information input means for inputting cultivation instruction information representing a cultivation instruction of a specific crop, a cultivation standard determining means for determining new cultivation standards by modifying the basic cultivation standards with reference to the individual cultivation standards corresponding to the cultivation instruction information, a farm producer selecting means for selecting one or more farm producers capable of cultivating the crop in conformity with the determined new cultivation standards according to the farm producer information, and a cultivation plan information output means for outputting cultivation plan information representing a cultivation plan to cultivate the crop in conformity with the new cultivation standards. |
