The present invention relates to an electro optical device and an electronic apparatus to narrow a frame of an electro optical device in which thin film sealing is performed. A high potential side potential supply line VHa and a low potential side potential supply line VSa are provided in a zone Y in outside of the zone Z provided with a first planarizing layer F1. in the zone Y, a part covering side surface of the first planarizing layer F1 in the second planarizing layer F2 overlaps with a part of the high potential side potential supply line VHa. Furthermore, in the zone Y, a sealing member 70 overlaps with a part of the low potential side potential supply line VSa. Therefore frame may be narrowed. |
