<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding machine which shows the results of determining whether a welding operation has turned out to be satisfactory as a result of successively performing the operation under a plurality of different welding conditions while manually holding one tool horn. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic welding machine operates as follows. A plurality of fabricating parts are formed on one tool horn, and a welding condition corresponding to each fabricating part and operating sequence are stored in a control part as one set. When a welding operation steps are initiated, the control part successively reads the welding conditions corresponding to operating sequences stored as one set to one tool horn and actuates the tool horn. As control information on the welding conditions corresponding to each fabricating part, each fabricating part uses an amount of vibration energy indicated after each fabricating part starts the pressing of an object to be welded. The control part determines that an appropriate welding operation has been performed when the amount of vibration energy indicated by each fabricating part, has satisfied the amount of energy, time and peak power which are specified as welding conditions corresponding to each fabricating part, and shows the determination results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
