<p>The system (1) has a sealing element (14) comprising a sealing section (15) and a source section (16), where the sealing section is aligned opposite to a front surface (7) of a pipe (2) and consists of material impermeable with respect to fluid (B). The source section is aligned opposite to a flange (12), and consists of swellable material. The swellable material is swollen during contact with fluid and applied by swelling at the flange to provide force along direction of a middle axis (M) on the sealing section such that the sealing section is pressed against the front surface of the pipe.</p> |
