The structural assembly connects support frame (7) of hoist (29) to precast concrete of the precast concrete structure. The precast concrete structure and the support frame of the hoist are interconnected to a pre-transport unit (28). The pre-transport unit has two bumpers (13,14) which are cast in prefabricated concrete element (15) of the precast concrete structure. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) structural assembly transport unit; and (2) method for manufacturing structural assembly.
