PURPOSE: The manufacturing method of a porous silicon carbide heating element is provided to improve the heat efficiency of a heating element by using a porous polymeric foam capable of easily processing and cutting. CONSTITUTION: Polymeric foam is processed in a predetermined form and size. The processed polymeric foam is processed with incompatibility. The polymeric foam processed with incompatibility is transformed into a carbon material. The carbon material is transformed into a silicon carbide material by a reaction sintering process.
