PURPOSE: A producing method of bean sprouts containing germanium is provided to offer the high content of germanium to the bean sprouts in short time using small amount of germanium-binding peptide. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean sprouts containing germanium comprises the following steps: soaking soybeans in water, and uniformly spraying a water diluted solution of germanium-binding peptide, which is obtained by mixing the germanium-binding peptide with 150-250 times the amount of water, once every 2-5 hours; cultivating the bean sprouts until the length of the bean sprouts is about 1cm; spraying a water diluted solution of the germanium-binding peptide, which is obtained by mixing the germanium-binding peptide with 200-300 times the amount of water, and cultivating the bean sprouts until the length of the bean sprouts is about 3cm; and uniformly spraying a water diluted solution with the lower concentration than the other water diluted solutions, and cultivating the bean sprouts containing more than 10 microgram/L of germanium.
