PURPOSE: A belt surface cleaning apparatus is provided to prevent the generation of dust around transferring equipment, and the contamination of the equipment. CONSTITUTION: A belt surface cleaning apparatus includes a belt, a driving pulley unit(200), a first cleaning device(300), and a second cleaning device(400). The belt is supported by plural supporting rollers and return rollers, and transfers raw materials and fuel. The driving pulley unit moves the belt by the operation of a driving roller. The first cleaning device is installed on the driving pulley unit, and firstly removes minute powder from the surface of the belt. The second cleaning device is installed on the rear side of the first cleaning device, and secondly removes the powder from the belt.
