<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin light emitting device which has simple wiring structure and facilitates LED chip mounting. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device has: two sheets which have each conductive layers and at least one of which has light transmissivity; and an upper/lower electrode LED chip which is sandwiched between the two sheets and has an upper electrode on a surface opposed to the one sheet and a lower electrode on a surface opposed to the other sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
