<p>Fabrics for use in internal pressure vessels, heat dissipation shields, wire windings, etc. are woven diagonally, continuously and separately. Weaving elements are fed in at one side of and through the eyelet of guides after which at the other side they are braided to a fabric which is drawn off the guides. The guides act in conjunction in a diagonal pattern in a plane at right angles to the weaving device, in which they move in zigzag or intersecting paths, so that the weave elements are placed crossing over and under each other.</p> |
