<p>The smooth surface cleaning apparatus has an interface (1) for releasable connection to a vehicle, such as excavator, crane, truck, tractor, small excavator or electric vehicle. A cleaning unit (2) is co-operated with a load balancing unit (4) through which the cleaning surface is adjustable with an applied load to a preselected value. The load balancing unit stays constant with the preselected value during the movement of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for an agricultural utility device, such as a tractor.</p> |
