PURPOSE: A bristle having a barb structure is provided to pull out food residue and et cetera stuck between teeth through a barb. CONSTITUTION: A bristle having a barb structure includes a plurality of bristles(40) cleaning a diastema, a toothbrush body(20) having a plurality of bristle grooves fixing the bristles; a barb unit(60) formed in each one side of the barb unit; and a toothbrush handle(120) for gripping the barb structure. In the each of bristle implanted in the toothbrush body, at least more than one barb unit is formed in the upper part of the bristle or the left side and the right side of the bristle or the entire bristle.
