<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a workload of a user editing electronic mails with a plurality of patterns partially different in contents. Ž<P>SOLUTION: (1) An entry field 410, a button 415a and the like are arranged in an edition page (Fig.4(a)); when the button 415a is clicked, an insert part is added in a predetermined position close to the entry field 410; and when a predetermined storage action is carried out, a link 420 to the insert data edition page is displayed (Fig.4(b)). (2) When the link 420 is clicked, the insert data edition page is displayed; and in the insert data edition page, entry fields 420a and 420b, for example, are arranged (Fig.4(c)). (3) An editing user sets the structure of text on the edition page and inputs contents of common parts into the entry field; the user inputs contents of insert parts into the entry field on the insert data edition page corresponding to each insert part; and when set/inputted data are transmitted from a terminal 20A to a server 10, the server 10 saves the received data in a predetermined format in a mail DB12.
