The internally loaded cosmetic applicator (1) comprises a locking piece for locking fixation of the cosmetic applicator on a dispensing bottle or a cosmetic pistol loaded by a dosing pump. An inner hollow spout section is fluidly connected with the locking piece, which defines its free mouth piece at one of the edges.
