Finely ground Si, Ca and Al alloy is used as exothermal casting powder or as an addition to SiO2, CaO and Al2O3 casting powder. Spec., the composition of the alloy is such that by exothermal reaction, slag in obtained consisting mainly of SiO2, CaO, and Al2O3. Its CaO content is 15-45 wt. %. |
