[Also in Division H1] An electric battery lamp comprises a battery casing 1, a switch housing 2 and a transparent bulb housing 4 carrying bulb 10 in contact with battery 5 and connector 22, battery 5 is connected to battery 5<SP>1</SP> at the lower end of casing 1 and in the operated position (shown in full lines) switch member 31 engages battery 5<SP>1</SP>. Switch member 31 passes through a slot 32 in a biasing element 27 and shoulders on member 31 engage element 27 adjacent the slot 32. Element 27 is a flap pressed out of the connector 22. Member 31 and connector 22 are of phosphor-bronze. Connector 22 has a cut-waay portion down the middle of the curved part in contact with bulb 10. |
