PURPOSE: A barbecue roaster is provided to save energy by freely transferring heat between tables which are arranged at regular intervals on a driving shaft in order to enable a smooth convection. CONSTITUTION: A barbecue roaster table(50) enables a meat accommodating holder(60) to closely or distantly move in the horizontal direction towards a heating unit(19) and a near-infrared lamp(21). The barbeque roaster comprises a plurality of positioning and preventing conduction long holes(51) at regular intervals. The long holes are shaped into either aΓor a straight line. The meat accommodating holder comprises a drip pan unit, a container, and a guide unit. The container is upwardly and downwardly extended from the center bottom of the drip pan unit; is pipe-shaped with a blocked bottom and an opened top; and is capable of accommodating liquors and spices inside the container and laying meats on the top of the container. The guide unit is inserted into a positioning and preventing conduction long hole in the bottom of the container in order to enable to horizontally move the meat accommodating holder. |
