<p>The present invention relates to a composite material (1) comprising: a layer of polymeric piezoelectric material (2), where such polymeric piezoelectric layer has a first surface (2A) with a first electrode (4) disposed on the first surface (2A) and a second surface (2B), opposite to said first surface, a textile substrate (3), turned towards second surface (2B) of the layer of polymeric piezoelectric material (2), conductors are provided, the conductor may be a second electrode (5) or a conductive fabric. The piezoelectric layer may be chemically based on fluoridated polymer and its thickness may be between 10 and 2000 microns. 2-30% of the textile substrate may be conductive fibres and the electrodes may have a protective layer. A method is also described of how to make such a composite material.</p> |
