PURPOSE: A fuel cell system is provided to prevent the leakage of moisture to the outside of the system, thereby preventing the influence of the fuel cell system due to moisture. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell system(100) comprises a fuel cell stack(30) generating electric energy by an oxidant and fuel reaction; a first gas-liquid separator(41) separating the by-product of the fuel cell stack to a first gas and a first liquid; a collecting part(40) which comprises a first heat exchanger(42) cooling the first gas and a second liquid gas separator(43) separating a discharge material from the first heat exchanger to a second gas and second liquid; a removal part(430) which is connected to the second gas liquid separator and removes the second gas from the collecting part.
