METHOD FOR REMOVING MOLTEN METAL IN SLAG POT

PURPOSE: A recovery method of molten metal in a slag pot is provide to improve stability of work and to reduce costs to process ground metal by preventing the ground metal from being generated with division of the molten metal. CONSTITUTION: A recovery method of molten metal in a slag pot comprises a step of performing a slag off process to transfer the molten metal remaining in a first slag ladle to the slag pot; a step of injecting components including quicklime, silica, and quartzite into the molten metal in the slag pot; a step of consolidating slag(20); a step of repeating previous steps to the remaining molten metal in a second slag ladle; and a step of drawing out the molten metal from the slag pot after dividing the ground metal into a plurality of layers of a slag layer and a molten metal layer. The injection of the components to increase a melting point of the slag is performed by using an injection device comprising a storage unit(41) capable of storing the components; a measuring unit(44) capable of measuring amount of injection; and an injection unit(45) injecting the components into the slag pot.
