PURPOSE: A functional mat using elastic springs with different intensities is provided to enable users to vary the location of the elastic intensity by the height of users. CONSTITUTION: A functional mat using elastic springs with different intensities includes the following: a mat base member(100) forming the bottom of the mat; a spring elastic layer with spring caps fixed with the constant interval, which is formed with the combination of a spring and a spring hood on the mat base member; and a cover layer(300) covering the mat base member and the spring elastic layer. The spring elastic layer includes the spring caps with the springs having different intensities for by area on the human-body.
