BREAK OUT PREVENT SYSTEM OF MOTOR-CAR

PURPOSE: A sudden departure prevention device for a vehicle is provided to prevent sudden departure of the vehicle by braking wheels of the vehicle with oil pressure action of a master cylinder and by continuously operating a buster when a driver takes a foot off the brake pedal when starting an engine. CONSTITUTION: A sudden departure prevention device comprises a cutoff plate(7) connecting a center of a diaphragm(5) of a booster(1) to a rear chamber(6); a bend pipe(13) which is connected with a front chamber(6) and is installed in the cutoff plate; a magnetic valve(15) which is connected to the bend pipe and opens or closes the bend pipe; a rear plate(1') of the booster including an air pipe(13') which is connected with the rear chamber and induces outer air into the rear chamber; and a solenoid valve(16) which is installed at an outer wall of the buster and opens or closes the air pipe.
