摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a seasonal progression clock capable of diagnosing the speed of seasonal progression in real time, and a utilization method thereof are provided to determine in real time how much the currently progressing season precedes or lags behind the season of the average year. CONSTITUTION: A data collecting module(S100) collects daily average temperature data for each day. A data grouping module(S200) groups the daily average temperature data into a present temperature data group and a seasonal progression standard value group. A significance probability calculation module(S300) calculates the significance probability by performing a T-test for the two groups. A significance probability maximum value search module(S400) searches for a day when the calculated significance probability has the maximum value. A seasonal progression speed calculation module(S500) calculates the speed of seasonal progression by obtaining the difference between the day when the significance probability has the maximum value and the present time.
