<p>PURPOSE: A controlling method of a hybrid ventilation system is provided to select either natural ventilation or mechanical ventilation considering the volume of air which flows in, thereby minimizing the energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of a hybrid ventilation system comprises: a step of determining whether or not the natural ventilation is suitable(S200); a step of implementing the natural ventilation by opening a damper of the natural ventilation using a damper driving unit of the natural ventilation under the control of a control unit(S204); a step of determining whether or not the natural ventilation satisfies ventilation requirements(S212); and a step of implementing a mechanical ventilation by closing the damper of the natural ventilation and driving a ventilation fan of the mechanical ventilation if the ventilation requirements are not satisfied.
