PURPOSE: A pollution-free high-efficiency capsule filling pin is provided to fundamentally prevent the insertion of metal into human body from a filling process by touching medicine materials. CONSTITUTION: A filling unit(15) of a fluoride resin coated filling pin mounted on a capsule filler is coated with a fluoride resin. The filling unit is produced with stainless steel. A fluoride resin coating method of the filling pin includes the following steps: turning, grinding and polishing the filling pin; and degreasing, pre-processing, firstly coating, firstly heat-processing, cooling, secondly coating, secondly heat-processing, and cooling the filling unit.
