The network communication device (101) has a processor which is formed to detect an actual value of a communication parameter of the communication over a communication network. The processor determines a deviation of the actual value of the communication parameter from a mean value of the communication parameter. A network interface is formed to send the actual value of the communication parameter during the deviation of the actual value of the communication parameter from the mean value of the communication parameter. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for the communication over a communication network; and (2) a network system with a network entity.
