PURPOSE: An address based mail box service for managing mail or data stored in a code account corresponding to an address by reading an address board with a mobile phone is provided to remove massive mail, thereby realizing a green mail policy. CONSTITUTION: A user captures an image of an address name board(3) by a camera in a mobile phone(4). The user wirelessly reads a radio frequency identification(RFID) code. The mobile phone logs in a mail box operation system through a wireless Internet connection system(5). The mail box operation system inquires and pays various bills by connection of a bill and mail issuing institution operation system(8) and a mail box bill payment system(7).
