PURPOSE: A plasma sterilizer is provided to enable users to grow high-quality fishes, to improve the survival rate of the young of the fish, and to hatch fish eggs. CONSTITUTION: A plasma sterilizer comprises the following: a plasma generator cask(200) installed inside a plasma case(100); plural plasma generators installed inside the plasma generator cask; an air generator(110) installed closely to the plasma generator cask; an exhaust fan(120) installed on the upper outside of the plasma case; a corrugated pipe(130) connected to the exhaust pipe; and an activated charcoal container installed on the corrugated pipe, and connected to the upper side of the plasma generator cask.
