PURPOSE: An automatic forging system is provided to reduce deviations of products by measuring the actual pressure applied to molten metal and controlling the operation of a plunger. CONSTITUTION: An automatic forging system comprises a molten metal insulating apparatus(1'), a forging apparatus(2'), an automatic injection apparatus(3'), and a control unit(4'). The automatic injection apparatus scoops molten metal accommodated in a molten metal part and transfers the molten metal to be injected into the forging apparatus. The automatic injection apparatus comprises a main frame, a lifting unit installed in a part of the main frame, a first rotating unit which is installed in a part of the lifting unit and rotates around the lifting direction of the lifting unit, a second rotating unit which rotates around a center axis perpendicular to the rotational center axis of the first rotating unit, a sliding unit which slides in the direction of the rotational axis of the second rotating unit, a third rotating unit which is installed in a part of the sliding unit and rotates around a center axis perpendicular to the rotational center axis of the second rotating unit, and a bucket which is installed in a part of the third rotating unit and rotated. The control unit controls the operations of the forging apparatus and the automatic injection apparatus. |
