JIG FOR PISTON RING AND LASER SURFACE TEXTURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A jig for a piston ring and a laser surface texturing method using the same are provided to enable laser surface texturing with respect to the outer circumference of the piston ring by rotating in order to maintain state as hypocenter by clamping the piston ring. CONSTITUTION: A jig(100) for a piston ring comprises a main body(110), a motor(120), a rotator(130), a plurality of ring external diameter control rollers(140), and a roller transfer unit(150). The motor is installed in the main body. The rotator is rotatably installed in the main body by the motor and the piston ring is mounted in the outer circumference in order to be hypocenter. The plurality of ring external diameter control rollers supports the piston ring. The roller transfer unit pressurizes the ring external diameter control roller in order to be hypocenter and separates the ring external diameter control roller from the piston ring. The motor comprises a stepping motor and a servo motor controlling stopping time and rotation angle. The rotator is mounted in order to protrude the outer circumference to the main body. The ring external diameter control roller is arranged according to the outer surface by the roller transfer unit.
