<p>The present invention relates to a valve tray for mass transfer columns having a base plate, at least one liquid intake and at least one liquid outlet for forming a liquid flow having a direction of flow on the base plate, a plurality of gas entry orifices formed in the base plate and also a plurality of fixed valves covering the gas entry orifices, which fixed valves are formed in one piece with the base plate and in each case include a valve roof at a distance to the base plate and also a valve rear side and a valve front side, wherein between the base plate, the valve rear side, the valve front side and the valve roof of each fixed valve, at least one side gas outlet orifice is formed in each case. The side gas outlet orifices of the fixed valves can taper in the direction of flow of the liquid flow.</p> |
