PURPOSE: A guide apparatus for combining a spout and a pouch is provided to enable users to easily insert an inlet unit of the spout to an opening of the pouch for combining the spout and the pouch. CONSTITUTION: A guide apparatus for combining a spout and a pouch includes a supporting member(10), plural expansion members(20), a movable member(30), and a folding elastic member(50). The supporting member passes through the inner diameter of the spout, and is extended along the longitudinal direction of the spout. The expansion members are hinge-connected to the supporting member for guiding an opening of the pouch toward an inlet unit of the spout. The movable member is located among the expansion members for slide-moving against the supporting member. The folding elastic member is installed on the expansion members for pivoting the expansion members closely toward the supporting member, and applies elastic force to the expansion members.
