PURPOSE: A unit pixel of color image sensor and a photo detector thereof are provided to separate color without using a RGB filter. CONSTITUTION: A light receiving part of a floating structure absorbs light. A first light receiving part(252) touches an oxide film and absorbs red light. A second light receiving part(254) is formed in the upper part of the first light receiving part and absorbs green light. A third light receiving part(256) is formed in the upper part of the second light receiving part and absorbs blue light. Insulating layers(242,244) are formed between the light receiving parts.
