PURPOSE: A packer device for inspecting the aquifer of an underground water well and an inspection method using the same are provided to directly measure the variation of water level by inserting a water level sensor in a water level measurement pipe through an expansion tube. CONSTITUTION: A packer device for inspecting the aquifer of an underground water well comprises a packer(2), a submerged motor pump(5), a pressurized fluid injector(60), an expansion tube, and a water level measurement pipe(27). The packer, in which pumping pipes(6) are connected to the top and bottom, is installed inside an underground water well(1). The submerged motor pump is connected to the bottom pumping pipe of the packer. The pressurized fluid injector injects pressurized fluid to expand an expanding tube(20) of the packer. The expansion tube is coupled to a water level measurement tube to form the water level measurement pipe of large diameter. A water level sensor is inserted in the water level measurement pipe. |
